Join the New Earth team in an exploration of soil and plant-based foods. Soil expert, Angga Wisnu Jati, will share his knowledge on reviving dead land, demonstrating what living land should look like. Iwan will delve into the significance of roots, plants, and fruits while sharing Balinese childhood stories, and Chef Made will teach the essence of traditional cuisine and the cultural significance of local plants and spices. A plant-based menu will follow. From earthy herbs to vitamin-packed fruits, this class is a celebration of the bountiful offerings of the land.
