The Gala Opening of the Ubud Food Festival 2023 marks the beginning of an extraordinary three-day culinary extravaganza. This special event will feature Janet DeNeefe, Festival Founder and Director, delivering the opening remarks, along with other distinguished speakers who will contribute to the program. As a highlight of the evening, we will be honoring Bali’s culinary icon, Anak Agung Oka Sinar, with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award. This prestigious accolade recognizes her lifelong work and invaluable contributions to Bali’s culinary heritage.

Gala Pembukaan Ubud Food Festival 2023 memandai dimulainya ekstravangaza kuliner yang berlangsung selama tiga hari ini. Acara khusus ini akan menampilkan Janet DeNeefe, pendiri dan direktur festival, membawakan pidato pembukaan, bersama dengan para pembicara terkemuka lainnya yang akan turut serta dalam program.
