Robert Oliver, the creator of Pacific Island Food Revolution and a Fijian-Samoan chef, as well as an award-winning author, presents a vibrant feast of unique Polynesian flavors. Inspired by his travels across these fabled palm-fringed islands, Oliver will serve local specialties, ranging from coconut-marinated raw fish and green banana salad to grilled lobster and goat curry with green papaya. Alongside these dishes, he will share stories of his childhood, island food culture, and indigenous cuisine. This event is destined to be a highlight of the year!

Robert Oliver, sosok chef Fiji-Samoa yang menciptakan Pacific Island Food Revolution sekaligus seorang penulis buku yang telah mendapatkan penghargaan, akan menyajikan pesta bersantap penuh gairah yang menyajikan beragam citarasa Polinesia yang unik. Diilhami oleh kunjungannya ke berbagai pulau-pulau pohon palem ala dongeng ini, Oliver akan menyajikan hidangan yang menjadi kekhususan lokal, mulai dari ikan mentah yang direndam air kelapa dan salad pisang hijau hingga lobster panggang dan kari kambing dengan pepaya hijau. Sambil bersantap, ia akan membagikan kisah-kisah masa kecilnya, budaya makanan kepulauan, serta hidangan khas penduduk asli. Acara ini bakalan jadi sorotan tahun ini!
