Meet the Festival’s hottest chocolate maestro’s: Kadek Dwi Kurniawan, pastry chef of Kappa Senses Ubud, joins Ardika Tjandra, the award-winning pastry chef of August, Richie Pratadaja, a young star chocolatier, and Giuseppe and Gusde Verdacchi of PRIMO Chocolab Bali. Our masters of the coveted cocoa bean will share their stories with Laksmi DeNeefe, Bali’s own Puteri Indonesia 2022. She will catwalk into Bale Gourmet at Kappa Senses Ubud and present the chefs and their dazzling, next-level desserts.
