Since arriving in Singapore in 2011, Andrew Walsh has established himself as a creative and visionary talent: chef, restaurateur, and businessman. From spearheading his mentor Jason Atherton’s first Singapore outpost, Esquina, and modern British restaurant, The Study, to becoming Chef-Owner of CURE, a Nua Irish establishment that pioneered the ‘bistronomy’ concept during its inaugural launch and earnt its first Michelin Star in 2021.

Sejak tiba di Singapura pada tahun 2011, Andrew Walsh telah membuktikan dirinya sebagai talenta penuh kreatifitas dan visioner: koki, pemilik restoran dan pengusaha. Mulai dari mempelopori pos pertama bersama mentornya Jason Atherton, di Singapura yakni Esquina dan restoran Inggris modern, The Study, sampai menjadi koki sekaligus pemilik CURE, sebuah restoran Nua Irish yang mempelopori konsep ‘bistronomi’ dan mendapatkan Michelin Star pertamanya di tahun 2021.
