Food & Flavour Development Chef

Jakarta-born Bara Pattiradjawane grew up in Thailand and various European countries, which is where his passion for cooking was sparked. He initially began his career as a journalist and writer, as well as appearing on Indonesian television for over a decade, but his culinary interests continued to grow. He now brands himself now as a ‘Food & Flavour Development Chef’ assisting small and medium enterprises, and is currently the ambassador and spokeperson for Indonesian Geographical Indication (GI) products. 

Bara Pattiradjawane kelahiran Jakarta dibesarkan di Thailand dan berbagai negara Eropa, di mana kegemaran memasaknya tercetus. Dia awalnya memulai karirnya sebagai jurnalis dan penulis dan muncul di televisi Indonesia selama lebih dari satu dekade, tetapi minat kulinernya terus berkembang. Dia sekarang mencap dirinya sebagai ‘Koki Pengembangan Makanan & Rasa’ yang membantu usaha kecil dan menengah dan saat ini menjadi duta besar dan juru bicara untuk produk Geographical Indication (GI).
