Camille Massard-Combe

Camille Massard-Combe, well-known as Kamil, is the chef behind the cozy and authentic French restaurant, Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil, in Yogyakarta. Originally from France, he graduated from the Insitute of Ferrandi in Paris and after working for 15 years in France, he flew to Indonesia to live out his dream of bringing French and Mediterranean traditions into his signature dishes in Yogyakarta where he created the restaurant’s menus and curated the restaurant’s interior. Chef Kamil has also been seen on the Food Story coverage program in collaboration with the Director-General of Culture Indonesia x Kompas TV, and in 2021, he received a special award from the government of France in recognition of his contributions to promoting French culture through the culinary arts in Indonesia.

Camille Massard-Combe, yang lebih dikenal dengan Kamil, adalah chef di balik restoran Prancis yang nyaman dan otentik, Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil, di Yogyakarta. Berasal dari Prancis, ia lulus dari Insitute of Ferrandi di Paris dan setelah bekerja selama 15 tahun di Prancis, ia terbang ke Indonesia untuk mewujudkan mimpinya membawa tradisi Prancis dan Mediterania ke dalam hidangan khasnya di Yogyakarta di mana ia menciptakan menu restoran dan mengkurasi interior restoran. Chef Kamil juga pernah tampil di acara liputan Food Story bekerja sama dengan Dirjen Kebudayaan Indonesia x Kompas TV, dan pada tahun 2021, ia menerima penghargaan khusus dari pemerintah Prancis sebagai pengakuan atas kontribusinya dalam mempromosikan budaya Prancis melalui kuliner di Indonesia.
