Gede Susila Yadnya

Chef Gede Susila Yadnya hails from the Singaraja region in Northern Bali. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Chef at Tangi Restaurant, located within the GDas Bali Health and Wellness Resort in Ubud, Bali. Alongside his team, Chef Gede is dedicated to creating a contemporary take on healthy, plant-based cuisine, utilizing predominantly local ingredients and herbs without compromising on flavor. With an international culinary career spanning approximately 25 years, he has honed his skills in various kitchens worldwide, including Paris, France; Cairo, Egypt; Seychelles, East Africa; and several locations within Indonesia. Notable establishments he has worked for include Conrad Cairo, Hilton Resort and Spa Maldives, and Lilin Indonesian restaurant at Potato Head Beach Club Seminyak.

Chef Gede Susila Yadnya berasal dari Singaraja, Bali Utara. Kini ia adalah Executive Chef di Tangi Restaurant, yang terletak di dalam GDas Bali Health and Wellness Resort di Ubud, Bali. Di sinilah, ia dan rekan-rekannya menyajikan makanan sehat kontemporer berbasis tanaman, yang dimasak menggunakan tanaman dan bumbu lokal, tanpa mengurangi citarasanya. Kiprahnya di dunia kuliner dalam 25 tahun terakhir telah membawanya ke berbagai negara, seperti Paris (Perancis), Kairo (Mesir) dan Seychelles (Afrika Timur), juga di berbagai bagian Indonesia.
