Ida Bagus Oka Manobhawa was born in Denpasar and currently resides in Ubud. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language and Religious Literature Education from the Denpasar State Hindu Dharma Institute. Presently, he works as a Balinese Language Tutor at the Bali Province Education Agency in Ubud. He actively participates in various Balinese language education initiatives, serving as an archivist for papyrus texts from Gianyar, a member of the customary village law correspondence team, and an advisor for the Balinese language month competition committee. Due to his expertise in the Balinese language and letters, he is frequently invited as a guest speaker to seminars and events on related topics.
