Nusantara by Locavore

Putu started cooking at a very young age and joined Locavore as part of the pre-opening team when he was only 18 years old. As an Indonesian, Putu is proud to show what can be achieved with local ingredients, and he regularly invents new dishes that are adapted by his kitchen team. He is Chef of Nusantara by Locavore.

Putu mulai memasak pada usia yang sangat muda dan bergabung dengan Locavore sebagai bagian dari tim pra-pembukaan ketika ia baru berusia 18 tahun. Sebagai orang Indonesia, Putu bangga menunjukkan apa yang bisa dicapai dengan bahan-bahan lokal dan ia secara teratur menciptakan hidangan baru yang diadaptasi oleh tim dapurnya. Dia adalah chef di Nusantara by Locavore.
