Ida Ayu Chinthya Dewi

Chef Ida Ayu Chinthya Dewi, affectionately known as Dayu, hails from Klungkung in Bali. She joined Apéritif Restaurant during its pre-opening in May 2018, bringing with her a profound passion for pastry and desserts. Dayu’s journey in the culinary world began at a young age, where she gained valuable experience in esteemed restaurants and hotels in Bali, including Tanah Gajah Ubud, Mozaic Beach Club, fine-dining Metis Restaurant, and M&M Food Couture. In 2021, Dayu was appointed as Sous Pastry Chef at Apéritif, where she continues to push the boundaries of innovation alongside her dedicated team.

Chef Ida Ayu Chinthya Dewi, akrab dipanggil Dayu, berasal dari daerah Klungkung, Bali. Ia bergabung dengan Apéritif saat pra-pembukaan restoran tersebut pada Mei 2018, membawa serta kesukaannya terhadap pastry dan makanan pencuci mulut. Perjalanan Dayu di dunia kuliner dimulai saat ia masih muda, menimba pengalaman berharga di berbagai restoran dan hotel besar di Bali seperti Tanah Gajah Ubud, Mozaic Beach Club, Metis Restaurant (tempat fine dining), dan M&M Food Couture. Pada 2021, Dayu diangkat sebagai Sous Pastry Chef di Apéritif, di mana ia secara terus-menerus berusaha mendobrak batasan inovasi makanan bersama dengan timnya.
