The Suku Bali

Gustu is a professional chef with a rich background in several of Bali’s top culinary establishments. Starting his career at Ayana, he later moved to the Ritz Carlton and then Sofitel as a Chef de Partie, before continuing his journey with The Suku Bali as Head Chef. Gustu embodies Suku’s mission of sustainability, social equity and excellence. He loves to challenge himself in the kitchen by creating fresh perspectives on local Balinese ingredients.

Gustu adalah koki profesional dengan latar belakang yang sangat banyak di beberapa tempat kuliner terkemuka di Bali. Memulai karirnya di Ayana, kemudian pindah ke Ritz Carlton dan kemudian Sofitel sebagai Chef de Partie, sebelum melanjutkan perjalanannya dengan The Suku Bali sebagai Head Chef. Gustu mewujudkan misi Suku tentang keberlanjutan, kesetaraan sosial, dan keunggulan. Dia suka menantang dirinya sendiri di dapur dengan menciptakan perspektif segar tentang bahan-bahan lokal Bali.
