Joshira Yugopradana

Joshira Yugopradana is the Executive Chef of RAMU, a restaurant situated within the boutique resort Titik Dua. At RAMU, he skillfully combines Asian (or Indonesian) cuisine with flavors from the Western culinary tradition, resulting in unique and imaginative fusion food concepts. Specializing in Mediterranean and Italian dishes, he incorporates French and freestyle techniques into tapas cuisine. Previously, Joshira worked at Boneta, a French-Canadian restaurant in Vancouver, and the Italian fine dining establishment Cin-Cin, before becoming the head chef of BIN 941, a tapas brand under the guidance of Vancouver’s esteemed chef Gordon Martin.
