Karthik Shetty is no stranger to the F&B industry in Indonesia. Having launched and run Zomato in Indonesia since 2013, he has developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the F&B sector. In 2018, he joined Chope to introduce diners in Indonesia to the benefits of online reservations, and restaurants to the benefits of table management systems, data analytics, and marketing backed by data & analysis as the general manager and director. Karthik also holds degrees in computer engineering, which alongside his experience in analyzing consumer dining behavior form the foundation of his expertise.
