Kesia Putri Kurnianta received a pastry diploma in London before moving to Sydney where she worked in several restaurants, including KOI dessert bar and the award-winning Bennelong Restaurant under the tutelage of Peter Gilmore. She runs an online pastry business, Kaktus @kaktus.jkt, creates desserts for Medja Private Dining @medjabyallseasons, and is the Pastry Chef at Jakarta’s popular, Akar restaurant @akar.jakarta
