Right in the heart of Ubud in 2021, Maxie Millian became the recently appointed Head Chef at one of the finest dining experiences offered at Apéritif. There, a combination of contemporary and diverse culinary experiences awaits eager customers. Before working under the tutelage of Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken, Maxie also spent most of his culinary journey exploring European foods in Dubai, earning a gold medal at Le Salon Culinaire International De Londres in 2012.

Tepat di tengah Ubud pada tahun 2021, Maxie Millian diangkat menjadi Kepala Koki di salah satu pengalaman bersantap terbaik yang ditawarkan Apéritif. Di sana, kombinasi pengalaman kuliner kontemporer dan beragam menanti para pelanggan. Sebelum bekerja di bawah bimbingan Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken, Maxie juga menghabiskan sebagian besar perjalanan kulinernya menjelajahi makanan Eropa di Dubai, serta mendapatkan medali emas di Le Salon Culinaire International De Londres pada tahun 2012.
