Natalia Halim

Hailing from Magelang, Natalia Halim studied pastry-making at William Angliss Sydney. Since then she has worked in Matt Moran’s Aria Restaurant and Chiswick Restaurant, Neil Perry’s Rockpool, Alex Pavoni’s Ormeggio at the Spit, as well as, Will Goldfarb’s Room4Dessert in Bali. She interned at Noma restaurant in Copenhagen and Locavore, Ubud.
