Navicula is one of Bali’s most beloved music groups, consisting of Robi on vocals and guitar, Dankie on guitar, Palel Atmoko on drums, and Khrisna on bass. Navicula is famous for their grunge music with Balinese cultural influences, and have also explored a variety of styles such as folk-rock, psychedelic rock, funk, blues, and punk. When on stage, they often use their music to voice social and environmental issues, which has earned them the nickname “the Green Grunge Gentlemen”.
