Ni Ketut Yudani was born in Ubud, and is the founder of Jungle Joglo Basangambu. Ketut has shared her knowledge of eco-enzymes since 2020, educating communities and people in Bali on how to transform their organic fresh food waste into eco-enzymes, with the aim of environmental sustainability and economic empowerment through eco-enzyme derivate products. Ketut has a vision that eco-enzymes can be made and applied in every household in Bali and Indonesia and become a long-term environmentally sustainable routine.
Ni Ketut Yudani lahir di Ubud, dan merupakan pendiri Joglo Hutan Basangambu. Ketut telah berbagi pengetahuan tentang eko-enzim sejak tahun 2020, mengedukasi komunitas dan masyarakat di Bali tentang bagaimana mengubah limbah makanan organik mereka menjadi eko-enzim, dengan tujuan kelestarian lingkungan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui produk turunan eko-enzim.
