Novia Soewitomo

Novia Soewitomo is an Indonesian chef, culinary educator, and entrepreneur. Alongside her mother, beloved legendary Chef Sisca Soewitomo, she manages and teaches at culinary events both in Indonesia and internationally, and is the CEO of Tiga Bumbu, an online food business promoting Indonesian cuisine. Together with her mother, Novia has actively participated in various culinary events both locally and internationally, including the Frankfurt Book Fair, Culinary Diplomacy in Luoyang, China, serving as Assistant Guest Lecturer at the Culinary Institute of America, and instructing Kids Cooking Classes at the Ubud Food Festival, among others. Novia graduated in Finance and Economics from the School of Economics for Finance and Banking in Indonesia, and initially worked at Bank Danamon before leaving in 2003 to assist her mother as a culinary event manager.

Novia Soewitomo adalah seorang chef, pendidik kuliner, dan pengusaha asal Indonesia. Ia bekerja bersama ibunya, chef legendaris Sisca Soewitomo, mengajar kelas memasak dan mengelola berbagai acara kuliner di Indonesia maupun di mancanegara. Novia menjalankan Tiga Bumbu, sebuah bisnis makanan daring yang mempromosikan masakan Indonesia. Bersama ibunya, Novia aktif berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan kuliner, baik lokal maupun internasional, termasuk Frankfurt Book Fair, program Diplomasi Kuliner di Luoyang, Tiongkok, menjadi Asisten Dosen Tamu di Culinary Institute of America, serta mengajar kelas memasak untuk anak-anak di Ubud Food Festival, dan berbagai kegiatan lainnya. Novia menyelesaikan studi di bidang Keuangan dan Ekonomi di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan dan Perbankan di Indonesia. Ia sempat bekerja di Bank Danamon sebelum mengundurkan diri pada tahun 2003 untuk membantu ibunya sebagai manajer acara kuliner.
