Rahel Stephanie

Rahel Stephanie is the founder of Spoons, an Indonesian plant-based Indonesian supper club. After it was founded in 2019, the club has consistently dazzled its loyal members with its highly popular events, which always sold out instantly. For her, the significance of learning Indonesian cuisine goes beyond simply serving tasty foods; by cooking Indonesian dishes, Rahel also seeks to reclaim and celebrate her culinary heritage, which seems to be co-opted and appropriated routinely in the West. Therefore, she’s on a mission to put authentic Indonesian cuisine on the international spotlight.

Rahel Stephanie adalah pendiri Spoons, sebuah klub makanan berbasis tumbuhan. Sejak didirikan pada 2019, klub ini senantiasa membuat kagum anggota setia mereka dengan acara-acara yang sangat populer, yang biasanya habis terjual segera setelah diumumkan.
