Rajaya Hariyono

Chef Jadi Rajaya Hariyono born and raised in Bali, discovered his passion for cooking at the tender age of seven. He has honed his skills in the kitchens of various hotels in Bali, along with renowned restaurants in Sydney, Australia, such as Quay Restaurant by Chef Peter Gilmore, Kensington Street Social by Chef Jason Atherton, and Hotel Centennial by Chef Justin North. Currently, Rajana is dedicated to his work at Rempah Dining, driven by a mission to elevate Indonesian ingredients and flavors to new heights.

Chef Rajana Hariyono, lahir dan dibesarkan di Bali, menemukan kecintaannya pada dunia memasak pada usia tujuh tahun. Ia telah mengasah keterampilannya di berbagai dapur hotel ternama di Bali, juga beberapa restoran bergengsi di Sydney, Australia, seperti Quay Restaurant milik Chef Peter Gilmore, Kensington Streen Social milik Chef Jason Atherton dan Hotel Centennial milik Chef Justin North. Saat ini, Rajana bekerja untuk Rempah Dining, didorong keinginannya untuk membawa pengalaman bahan makanan dan citarasa khas Indonesia ke tataran yang lebih tinggi.
