Seeking to broaden his professional experience, he has worked at various other restaurants and bars in Bali, including the Bikini Restaurant Seminyak and Manina Cocktail Bar, where he held the position of Bar Captain. Additionally, he has achieved success in several national cocktail competitions. Sancaya believes that utilizing natural ingredients and achieving a harmonious balance of various elements are the secret keys to crafting exceptional cocktails. He regularly engages in research and development activities to stay updated on the latest trends and knowledge in the bar industry. When he’s not busy mixing drinks, he enjoys creating music.
