Padma Resort Ubud

Born in Jakarta to a multicultural family, Theodora Hurustiati has embraced diversity from an early age. She lived in Italy for 18 years before moving to Bali to take on the role of the Head Chef of Padma Resort Ubud. Her eclectic style of cooking is a melting pot of cultures she’s encountered along her paths. Her former column in The Jakarta Post, Taste Bud, explored how food brings cultures together.

Lahir di Jakarta dari keluarga multikultural, Theodora Hurustiati telah merangkul keragaman sejak usia dini. Dia tinggal di Italia selama 18 tahun sebelum pindah ke Bali untuk mengambil peran sebagai Kepala Koki Padma Resort Ubud.
