● Complete the Ubud Food Festival 2022 (UFF22) feedback survey to enter thePrize drawing.
● Only one entry per entrant will be accepted (one Prize per person).
● All qualifying entries will be placed into a draw for the Prize, with five winners chosen at random (the “Prize Winners”). The Prize Winners will be notified by email within one (1) week of the draw occurring.
● This Prize draw will open on Thursday, 30 June, and will close at midnight on Wednesday, Only entries submitted between this period will be accepted.
● The winner shall receive a UFF22 lover merchandise combo, which includes our official festival t-shirt and our iconic tote bag.
● In the event that the organiser is unable to contact each of the Prize winners within ten (10) working days, the Prize will be forfeited, and the organiser will pick a replacement winner from the remaining Entrants. The Prizes will also be forfeited if, at any time, the Prize winner is found to have been ineligible to enter the prize drawing.
● The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative to the Prize is available.
● The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or subsequently withdraw any award if an Entrant is found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
● These Terms and Conditions and all aspects of the Prize draw shall be governed by Indonesian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
● The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions of the Prize draw.
