Aditya Muskita

Aditya Muskita, an Indonesian chef and owner of ESA Restaurant in Jakarta, brings his expertise from renowned high-end restaurants in Ubud such as Mozaic and Room4Dessert, Daniel Boulud in Singapore, and Restaurant Relæ in Copenhagen. He also served as the head chef of Attarine, a restaurant considered by many foodies as one of the pioneers in Jakarta’s dining landscape, introducing creative food concepts previously unknown to locals. His new project ESA, is a rising star where the notion of lidah orang Jakarta or a Jakartan palatte is central to the menu’s direction which represents what some have dubbed the ‘New Jakarta Cusine’.

Aditya Muskita, seorang chef asal Indonesia dan pemilik ESA Restaurant di Jakarta, membawa keahliannya dari restoran kelas atas ternama seperti Mozaic dan Room4Dessert di Ubud, Daniel Boulud di Singapura, dan Restaurant Relæ di Copenhagen. Ia juga pernah menjabat sebagai Head Chef di Attarine, sebuah restoran yang dianggap oleh banyak pecinta kuliner sebagai salah satu pionir dalam lanskap kuliner Jakarta, memperkenalkan konsep makanan kreatif yang sebelumnya tidak diketahui oleh warga lokal.
