Our much-loved Long Table Lunch returns to Casa Luna with a lavish celebration of extraordinary Indonesian flavours from the lush highlands of Aceh to the fertile lowlands of Padang, the heartland of Minang cuisine. Our communal meal showcases Sumatran favourites, from the iconic rendang to the intriguing sambal ganja and ayam tangkap. Reno Andam Suri, Indonesia’s leading rendang authority, Wira Hardiyansyah, chef-storyteller par excellence, Rika Andriani, Aceh’s digital culinary star and from Kaum Jakarta, Indonesia’s culinary and cultural heritage in a new – modern context, presenting Rachmad Hidayat as Head Chef of Kaum Jakarta. Together, they will present a feast like no other featuring wild sun-dried starfruit, Sumatran slow-cooked roasted coconut, lempuyang ginger buds and sago. Join us in this magical Sumatran sojourn in Casa Luna’s jungle-view dining room.

Makan siang meja panjang kami yang begitu digemari dan ditunggu-tunggu akan kembali ke Casa Luna dengan perayaan cita rasa Indonesia yang luar biasa dari dataran tinggi Aceh yang rimbun hingga dataran rendah Padang yang subur, jantung dari masakan Minang. Hidangan bersama yang disajikan akan menampilkan masakan favorit khas Sumatera, mulai dari rendang hingga sambal ganja dan ayam tangkap yang dijamin menggugah selera. Reno Andam Suri, pakar rendang terkemuka di Indonesia, Wira Hardiyansyah, chef-storyteller prominen, Rika Andriani, bintang kuliner digital Aceh, dan dari Kaum Jakarta, warisan kuliner dan budaya Indonesia dengan kemasan baru dan modern, mempersembahkan Rachmad Hidayat sebagai Head Chef. Bersama-sama, para chef akan menyuguhkan jamuan yang tiada duanya, menampilkan belimbing liar yang dijemur, kelapa panggang Sumatra yang dimasak perlahan, serta lempuyang pucuk jahe dan sagu.  Bergabunglah bersama kami dalam persinggahan Sumatra di ruang makan dengan pemandangan hutan di Casa Luna.

Pemesanan dikenakan pajak dan biaya layanan mulai dari 10% hingga 26%, termasuk biaya platform sebesar 3,2% per pemesanan (Mohon dicatat bahwa besaran biaya akan berbeda di setiap lokasi).
