Rooted in their heritage, both chefs share a deep respect for culture, ingredients, and sustainability — from Kevin Wong’s modern interpretation of Malay cuisine to Syrco Bakker’s culinary creations inspired by Balinese and Indonesian traditions. Their collaboration is a celebration of nature, craft, and conscious cooking. Expect 10 thoughtful servings, prepared and presented live, accompanied by personal stories and rich culinary dialogue that reflect each chef’s journey.
