Combining family recipes passed down through generations with high-quality local produce, Ayu Gayatri Kresna is passionate about preserving North Balinese cuisine and introducing it to the world. With this demo she’ll explore other islands too, and cook everything in bamboo: ayam timbungan (Bali), tu-in ayam (Maumere, Flores) and pa’piong (Toraja, Sulawesi).

Menggabungkan resep keluarga yang diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi dengan produk lokal berkualitas tinggi, Ayu Gayatri Kresna selalu bersemangat untuk melestarikan masakan Bali Utara dan memperkenalkannya kepada dunia. Di acara ini ia juga akan menjelajahi pulau-pulau lain, dan memasak semuanya dalam bambu: ayam timbungan (Bali), tu-in ayam (Maumere, Flores) dan pa’piong (Toraja, Sulawesi).
