Aaron Boyer

Aaron Boyer began his mushroom tale in 2010 when he sought to grow and connect with food in a meaningful way. His journey of extensive research and experimentation with mushrooms led him to found Urban Kulture, a mushroom cultivation programme and specialist company with a focus on using fungi for health, nutrition and sustainable food. He now works as the onsite Mushroom Master at Locavore NXT exploring the exciting, lesser-known fungi to cultivate in their underground mushroom chamber, use across their menus and sell in their shop.
