As an African-Australian plant-based chef, her culinary philosophy is rooted in a profound reverence for the Earth. In 2016, she made a significant career transition from filmmaking to embark on a transformative journey of physical and spiritual healing through the exploration of raw and vegan cuisine. Dom received comprehensive chef training in Perth, specializing in raw and vegan culinary techniques. Subsequently, she relocated to Bali, where she provided consultancy services and crafted innovative culinary delights for a range of esteemed plant-based establishments on the island, including Good Mantra, Kynd Community, Nalu Bowls, Peloton Supershop, Drifter, Tyger, and Alive Wholefoods.
