Kevin Wong is a Malaysian Chef-Owner of Seroja, who has earned a Michelin Star, Singapore’s first Michelin Green Star, and the Michelin Young Chef Award, blending technical finesse with the rich flavors of the Malay Archipelago. Chef Kevin began his culinary journey at 15 as a banquet waiter and later trained at Taylor’s Culinary Institute. A mentorship with Chef Frederic Cerchi led him to France to work under 2-Michelin-starred Chef Franck Putelat, where he developed discipline and respect for every role in the kitchen. His global experience includes stints at Coi and Benu in San Francisco, and Meta in Singapore, where he rose to head chef. In 2021, he was named in Forbes 30 Under 30 (Arts) and represented Asia in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef finals.
