He has improved his skills over the course of 18 years, both under the guidance of his seniors and through self-taught discovery in the pastry world. He’s a true believer that pastry is not simply about making delicious cakes; rather, it is a marriage of art, meticulous creativity, and passion to create a masterpiece, which is immensely appreciated by food lovers in particular.
