Join Naomi Furuya for a miso-making workshop where you will learn how to make miso from scratch using traditional Japanese methods. Originally from Japan, Naomi shares her knowledge of miso fermentation in a way that’s simple, authentic, and approachable. You will make your own batch of miso and miso soup, which you can take home along with a better understanding of its role in Japanese food culture. Japanese tea and light snacks will be served during the session.

Price includes a portion of miso to take home, and complimentary Japanese tea and snacks.
