Kasida, a.k.a. ‘Boss,’ took an unconventional path in life. He didn’t attend cooking school, yet seems to have inherited the wisdom and knowledge passed down through generations, a feat that remains somewhat of a mystery to everyone. His education came from spending a lot of time in the jungle, which led him to become the Head Forager for Locavore.
