Boss Kasida

Kasida, a.k.a. ‘Boss,’ took an unconventional path in life. He didn’t attend cooking school, yet seems to have inherited the wisdom and knowledge passed down through generations, a feat that remains somewhat of a mystery to everyone. His education came from spending a lot of time in the jungle, which led him to become the Head Forager for Locavore. Now, he oversees foraging for every restaurant and bar concept under the Locavore Group. He also happens to make the prettiest omelette on the island.
