Tradisi Makan Siang Indonesia: Khazanah Ragam dan Penyajiannya – Lunch Traditions in Indonesia: A Collection of Dishes and Displays is a bilingual book that celebrates these traditions across communities and regions throughout the archipelago. Edited by Amanda Katili Niode, Ph.D., the book gathers stories, cultural practices, and culinary insights from forty storytellers, capturing how lunchtime reflects Indonesia’s heritage, identity, and everyday life. Initiated by the Omar Niode Foundation, Nusa Indonesian Gastronomy Foundation, and the Food Blogger Indonesia Community, this book is a heartfelt tribute to the deep ties between food, culture, and community across the islands.

Tradisi Makan Siang Indonesia: Khazanah Ragam dan Penyajiannya – Lunch Traditions in Indonesia: A Collection of Dishes and Displays adalah buku dwibahasa yang mengulas tentang tradisi makan siang di Indonesia. Dr. Amanda Katili Niode menyunting buku ini, yang menampilkan cerita dari empat puluh orang berbeda tentang bagaimana masyarakat Indonesia menikmati makan siang mereka di berbagai daerah. Cerita-cerita ini menunjukkan bagaimana makan siang merupakan bagian penting dari budaya dan kehidupan sehari-hari Indonesia. Tiga organisasi bekerja sama dalam menciptakan buku ini: Yayasan Omar Niode, Yayasan Gastronomi Nusa Indonesia, dan Komunitas Food Blogger Indonesia.
