Surith Adhihetty

Surith Adhihetty is a Sri Lankan chef and Executive Chef of GINI. His culinary journey began in Australia, where he trained across a range of cuisines, including modern Japanese, French and Greek. He worked with renowned chef George Calombaris at The Press Club and gained experience in leading restaurants such as Press Club, Hellenic Republic, Mr Miyagi and Grill Americano. He later returned to Sri Lanka to open GINI, bringing together his international experience and diverse culinary influences as he continues to grow his career in the hospitality industry. Surith holds a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Hospitality and a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.

Surith Adhihetty adalah chef asal Sri Lanka dan Executive Chef di GINI. Ia memulai kariernya di Australia dengan mempelajari berbagai jenis masakan seperti Jepang modern, Prancis, dan Yunani. Ia juga pernah bekerja bersama chef George Calombaris di The Press Club, serta di restoran seperti Hellenic Republic, Mr Miyagi, dan Grill Americano. Ia kemudian kembali ke Sri Lanka untuk membuka GINI, membawa pengalaman internasional dan berbagai pengaruh kuliner dalam perjalanan kariernya di industri hospitality. Surith memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang hospitality serta Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
