Tj. Azyet, known as Chef T.J., is the Executive Chef at Di Sini Di Sana by Rachman & Sons, with over two decades of experience across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta. Originally trained in pastry, he has spent years refining his craft in international kitchens before stepping into a broader culinary role. At Di Sini Di Sana, he works with the Rachman & Sons team to reinterpret family recipes with a more contemporary touch, while keeping their roots intact. A graduate of one of Indonesia’s leading hospitality schools, he brings together solid training and hands-on experience to create food that is thoughtful, balanced, and full of flavour.
