Putu Dodik

Putu Dodik is an Indonesian chef who began cooking at the age of five, learning the secrets of his village’s temple kitchen alongside his mother and grandparents. At 18, he joined the team at Locavore, contributing to innovative seasonal menus that showcased the potential of local ingredients. He is now Head Chef of Nusantara, Locavore’s sister restaurant, where he presents rare regional dishes and forgotten recipes from across the Indonesian archipelago.
