Ngurah Mantra

Ngurah Mantra is a Bali-based restaurateur and hospitality entrepreneur known for creating lifestyle-driven dining concepts that blend international influence with Balinese hospitality. Raised in a family rooted in both politics and hospitality, including the team behind Sadara Resort and Bendega, he developed a passion for food, design, and guest experience from an early age. After completing a Master’s degree in International Business at Monash University in Melbourne, he returned to Bali to develop a portfolio of restaurants including Jalapeño, Nari, Sala, and Moreno. He is also the founder of Edisi Hospitality Group, a hospitality group focused on crafting spaces, flavours, and experiences that bring people together.

Ngurah Mantra adalah pengusaha restoran dan pelaku industri hospitality asal Bali yang dikenal dengan konsep kuliner berbasis gaya hidup, yang memadukan pengaruh internasional dengan keramahtamahan khas Bali. Ia tumbuh dalam keluarga yang dekat dengan dunia politik dan hospitality, termasuk Sadara Resort dan Bendega, yang sejak kecil membentuk ketertarikannya pada makanan, desain, dan pengalaman melayani tamu. Setelah menyelesaikan studi Magister International Business di Monash University, Melbourne, ia kembali ke Bali dan mengembangkan sejumlah restoran seperti Jalapeño, Nari, Sala, dan Moreno.
