Eastern Indonesia has a story to tell, and Executive Chef Glenn Erari of SEMAJA is here to tell it. Through two regional dishes, Roti Abon from Manokwari and Ikan Tuna Gohu from Ternate, this session brings to life the diversity and freshness of the eastern archipelago, from savoury shredded fish-filled bread to raw tuna seasoned with vibrant local spices, each dish carrying the cultural soul of its origin.

Indonesia Timur menyimpan banyak cerita lewat ragam kulinernya. Dalam sesi ini, Glen Erari dari SEMAJA menghadirkan dua hidangan khas daerah, yaitu Roti Abon dari Manokwari dan Ikan Tuna Gohu dari Ternate. Mulai dari roti isi abon ikan yang gurih hingga tuna segar dengan bumbu khas rempah lokal, kedua hidangan ini menghadirkan cita rasa segar sekaligus memperlihatkan kekayaan budaya kuliner Indonesia Timur.
