Rooted in the concept of the Tree of Life, this session explores how one humble ingredient becomes the foundation for multiple expressions of flavour, texture, and story, inspired by nature, sustainability, and the rich biodiversity of Indonesia. Baking as transformation, showing how technique and imagination can grow something far greater than the sum of its parts.
