At the helm, the enigmatic Liz reigns, serving dishes you won’t find anywhere else from her hillside hideaway, while Mama Fun and Mama Yundri offer heirloom recipes layered with history. Rooted in this movement is Sekolah Seniman Pangan, whose Flores Flavours initiative celebrates and preserves the island’s culinary heritage by empowering local food artisans and spotlighting the bold, natural tastes of Flores.
