This isn’t just food; it’s an immersive journey into Indonesia’s tribal heart, where tradition dances with fire and smoke. At the helm, the enigmatic Liz reigns, serving dishes you won’t find anywhere else from her hillside hideaway. Mama Fun and Mama Yundri offer heirloom recipes layered with history. Meanwhile, Mama Lina, Flores’ very own Coffee Hero and certified Q Grader, pours vibrant, earthy coffee brews and serves condiments that sing of the natural landscape of Flores Island.

Prices include a family-style lunch, Flores beverages, and condiments.
