Kieran Morland of Luma Bali, Fernando Sindu of Salira, and Renatta Moeloek take over Samsara for one electrifying night, highlighting indigenous ingredients and bold culinary firepower. Three distinct voices converge in a single kitchen, reimagining the richness of this spice-blessed archipelago, paired with bespoke cocktails from Salira’s head mixologists. Expect house-made crackers with dips, a delicate consommé with beef tongue satay and chimichurri, and amberjack lifted with galangal and local berries. Fern gnudi with ricotta and local mushrooms offers an earthy pause, before ruby snapper meets the brightness of Sundanese lime. The menu deepens with dry-aged duck breast with mesoyi and wagyu short rib enriched with kluwek. Set above the valley where jungle meets sky, this collision of culinary minds will leave you buzzing, a little wild and hungry for more.

The price includes a six-course dinner, with an optional two-cocktail pairing for IDR 250,000++.

The price is subject to around 21% tax, along with a 4% Chope booking fee.

Menu dimulai dengan crackers buatan sendiri dan aneka saus, dilanjutkan dengan consommé lembut bersama sate lidah sapi dan chimichurri, serta ikan amberjack dengan sentuhan lengkuas dan buah lokal. Hidangan berikutnya adalah gnudi isi ricotta dengan jamur lokal yang earthy, lalu ruby snapper dengan kesegaran jeruk khas Sunda. Menu berlanjut dengan dada bebek dry-aged dengan mesoyi dan wagyu short rib dengan kuah kluwek yang kaya rasa. Berlokasi di atas lembah, tempat hutan bertemu langit, kolaborasi tiga chef ini menghadirkan pengalaman makan yang kuat, berani, dan sulit dilupakan.
