After the screening, join a panel with Chef Putu Wira Atmaja, Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa, and Ian Mandagie of Fostive Visual as they discuss how sushi is shaped by local waters. The conversation will cover sustainability, craftsmanship, cultural identity, and the role of storytelling.
