Mama Fun and Mama Yundri will guide you through the making of Salad Ubi, a mix of taro, sweet potato, cassava, and peanuts topped with savoury serundeng, paired with crackers made from local root vegetables and legumes. You’ll also see the art of preparing Babika Bakar, a smoky, caramelised baked cassava cake sweetened with palm sugar. Moderated by food and lifestyle enthusiast Bukhi Prima Putri, the demo ends with a tasting that celebrates the wisdom and warmth of Soe’s home kitchens.

Bergabunglah dalam demo memasak yang menampilkan makanan lezat dari Soe, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Dua lokal expert, Mama Fun dan Mama Yundri, akan menunjukkan cara membuat dua hidangan istimewa.
