Step into a night where fate stirs the cocktail shaker—The Wheels of Destiny returns for a one-night-only celebration at the Night Rooster bar, in collaboration with Ubud Food Festival 2025. This special event proudly features an all-lady bartender lineup, spotlighting rising Balinese talents: Esy from Night Rooster, Desak Febry from Tangelo, and Yuliana from Saltlick Bali. Each bartender will craft three unique cocktails inspired by ingredients and prep available at Night Rooster, resulting in a total of nine creations featured on the Wheel. With each guest’s spin, destiny takes over—one wheel selects the local ingredient, the other reveals which bartender will rise to the challenge. The result? A cocktail experience shaped entirely by chance and creativity. Their fate—and your drink—is in your hands.
