Not your usual farm to table experience, this is survival style foraging in the untamed beauty of Sayan where the jungle decides what is on the menu. You will walk the land learning which leaves, roots and flowers have fed the Balinese for generations. Some flavours soothe, some bite back but all tell a story. By the river it all comes together with fresh ingredients, open flames and a meal cooked the way it was meant to be. No shortcuts, no pretence, just food, fire and a little Bali magic. Bring a swimsuit because after the meal the river calls. Cool off, float under the trees and let the afternoon stretch out in that perfect space between adventure and satisfaction.
