In a session supported by Javara Indonesia and Pasti Collective, we explore the rise of youth-driven indie community movements dedicated to preserving and promoting Indonesia’s heritage cuisines. Our grassroots innovators and food activists share how local initiatives are reviving traditional flavors, empowering communities, and building sustainable food ecosystems rooted in indigenous knowledge, creativity, and pride.
