Aaron Suksmo Permono Lumakeki is an Indonesian chef, culinary consultant, and hospitality visionary with close to two decades of experience across Indonesia, Australia, Singapore, and Thailand. Starting his career as a cook apprentice in Surabaya, he went on to lead luxury hospitality operations in Bali and Melbourne, building expertise in culinary development, restaurant consulting, team leadership, and operational strategy. Known for combining creativity with efficient kitchen systems, Chef Aaron focuses on sustainable gastronomy, refined guest experiences, and hospitality management.
